Outreach Ministry - The congregation has a call to serve the larger community in matters of social justice and faith-based service; this ministry serves as the congregation's entry point for this ministry. Assessing the value of extant programs within the community, this ministry makes recommendations to the Council for membership and financial support, works with other congregations to deliver needed services to the poor and oppressed; encourages members to support actively by personal participation and fiscal gifts these programs, and, in general, be witnesses to the gospel in action.
